What can I do for you?

I will help you make changes to your lifestyle to help you become fitter, healthier and happier. I love helping women change their lifestyles so that they can feel confident and happy with how they look and feel without having to go through extreme dieting, fad diets or pills. I will help you reach your fitness goals whether you want to run further, get stronger or train for an upcoming event.


Workouts will be created to match your fitness level and to suit your goals.


I will provide personalised healthy eating plans which will include recipes and shopping lists. 


I will carry out a short health assessment which includes taking your blood pressure and measuring your estimated body fat percentage. This will be reviewed at the end of your package to see your improvements. Ditch the Scales: when we exercise we lose fat whilst gaining muscle, this progress can not be measured by scales. It's best to go on how you feel, how clothing feels or measure the inches dropping off.


I love fitness and all the benefits that come with it and want to help you feel the same way. My packages include much more than workout sessions, I am a friendly and dedicated trainer committed to helping you reach your goals, I will push and motivate you and be supportive throughout your journey.
