Interval Training for Women

Hasland Methodist Church Hall - Every Monday: 6.45pm - 7.30pm.

 

Full body workout session for all fitness levels. No matter what your fitness level I will motivate, push and help you through the workout, I have options for everyone so don't worry if you are a beginner.

 

The great thing about HIIT is that you work to your own level during the intervals. It's a great way for improving fitness, burning fat and building strength. It feels tough during the class but great afterwards.

There is some onsite parking at the hall, some street parking around the hall, also its easy to park at the side of Eastwood Park and walk over.

Please select your class from the drop-down menu. You can add multiple classes to your basket and then pay for them all together.

 

You can pay by PayPal and you will receive a confirmation email once the payment has gone through.

 

Once booked please ensure you complete the Health Questionnaire before attending the class.
