There are lots of ways to eat sweet potato, here's one way to eat the nutritious tasty side in 3 easy steps. 

 

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes

Olive Oil

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to around 180

Slice into wedges, discs or fries

Drizzle in olive oil and season

Cook in the oven for around 25 mins. 

 

Great with any dinner or lunch.
